it’s almost 3 am now and i was bored in my bed and actually got up to do
this workout lol
I could’ve kept going for the whole 30 minutes but my muscles hurt so much
since im not used to activity. anyone know when they well stop hurting?
them hurting limits me to doing only about 10-15 minute work outs a day. i
need to get fit but its hard
I say this at the risk of being misunderstood or perceived as jealous or
envious: I’m not debating that the lady has some natural beauty; that’s
pretty clear to anyone watching. It’s just that to me – the whole
environment seems more like a Bollywood setup (spotlights, fans & all)
aimed at making the actress shine. And I’m sitting here in my living room
wondering (with a few precious minutes to spare) “how authentic is this
video? Is this really what caused her to look like that or, was this just
something this “actress” did as a fly-by gig? How often does “she”
personally do this routine? I don’t know about you all but I like to be
sure of the effectiveness and authenticity of a workout routine so I
haven’t wasted precious time/days on it. I really wish she’d have some
personal live dialogue to connect with her audience while working out,
instead of a recording after the fact.

I loved this workout! It was SO easy to follow steps and she even stayed
with the viewers for water break and theres so many things I can point out!
Idk why theres hate comments, it takes a lot of training, effort, and time
to make these videos. I lasted the whole 30 minutes following EVERY step
and I feel so great and burned a lot of carbs. I really believe in this
workout because its vital for a lot of body parts and theres special break
techniques so that you’re not overstraining your muscles and you get JUST
the right amount of fitness!

Absolutely loved it! So much fun. Did it with my daughter. Water break
should’ve come earlier lol but love love love this workout. I’m sweating
too even though it was so easy to follow. Didn’t feel bored once and next
thing I knew it the workout was over! I’m gon’ do this regularly. I feel so

I’m not a great dancer whatsoever, but this was easy to follow and a lot of
fun! I find most workouts boring and the 30 minutes drag on forever–but
not this one. AND there’s plenty of breathers in between moves so I don’t
feel exhausted or give up halfway through. I’ll be doing this more often!
I liked this vid. It seems easy in the beginning, but gets harder to do
with time. I know it looks weird that she does all this with make up on,
but she’s a celebrity after all, so I won’t hate her for that. I mean
where’s it written you can’t exercise with make up on? Nice one bips! <3
wow! I am a teenager with weight above 143.3 lbs. I’ve done this aerobic
dance for two days continuously and I’ve found myself getting max stamina
for cycling and running now. I rarely feel exhausted! And this thrilling
exercise burns my fats a lot! I’m sweating a lot~Thank you so much, Bipasha

For someone like me who has never worked out and the most exercise they’ve
ever gotten was from gym class in school TEN years ago and dancing at clubs
and parties, I found myself drenched in sweat and dying half-way through
this, so I called it quits for the day. Some day I will dance through the
whole thing!
I really liked this routine. If you do it right it works because it HURTS.
Maybe she has a “blowdryer” blowing her hair because it’s actually a fan
and she’s in a hot room working out. They’re lights everywhere.
