I don’t care what you say, bacon tastes a hell of a lot better than
plants.
You guys are so wrong. Brain and muscle needs fat and protein too, not just
carbs. Its just a nice youtube channel about a wrong dietary, and it shows
how to be stupid and lean skinny without any muscle. And please don’t show
me a vegan bodybuilder, they all on testosterone and other steroids and
drink plenty of whey protein.
Ariana is not someone to look up to when it comes to this diet. She’s
awfully skinny and I feel like she used the vegan diet to feed her obvious
eating disorder.

weight loss doesn’t equal health. She may have done this in an unhealthy

While I totally agree with the Raw Till 4 lifestyle and the “good vegan
diet” (aka LOW fat vegan), I do not think that Ariana Grande really eats
that way..
Yes, she might be fully vegan with no cheats in between but I really think
that she lost her weight with severe calorie restriction aka a green
smothie, a little salad, lots of diet coke and a handful of grapes every
day

I watch this while eating oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, rice milk, two
apples and two bananas and drinking water. ;-)
How would we be saving animals if we eat their food resources? If every
human being had the vegan life style, there would be the problem of where
to grow all that food. Then where would we grow the food for all the
animals? Animals reproduce and some animals do faster than humans. So where
will they get the food? Us humans will then become greedy and prioritize
our need for the vegan food first before the animals. Then what happens to
the animals when they have nothing to eat or there are too many of them to
feed? Massive wipe out of animals will have to happen then. There will be
no space to keep all the cows and the sheeps and the pigs, as well as no
space to grow our fruits and vegetables. And then the human beings will
have to kill many more innocent animals to satisfy their need for the
amount of food. It is a natural life cycle that has existed since human
beings evolved, to hunt animals and use them as a source of food and their
skin as clothes and shelter. We have to realize that we have to kill
animals in a less painful and cruel way. We have to consume less of the bad
fat and always include fruits and vegetables in our diets in order to have
a balance. But for everyone to be living on a full vegan diet would be
impossible. Those that are struggling with weight and health issues, sure a
pure vegan diet can help them. But again for everyone to have a full vegan
diet would just be impossible and you can not force everyone to be having a
vegan lifestyle. This is just my opinion Live healthy!
Can I ask You for some advice? (by You I mostly mean the lovely people who
read comments and actually know stuff, because I can imagine Freelee gets
hundreds of those questions a day)
This is going to be really long and probably no one wants to read that much
but I just feel like I have to ask somebody and I guess my first choice was
to ask it here.
Please note that English isn’t my first language and I’m really sorry if I
make any mistakes.
I watch more and more videos about vegan diets, which is quite crazy for
me, because I really love the taste of white meat and I can’t actually
imagine a proper dinner without it (please don’t hate on me for that, I’m
just being honest). When I don’t eat it for more than a day I don’t feel
great. But the lifestyle seems really interesting and I think it could be
good for me. But I’m a student, I live with my parents and don’t make any
money, because it’s impossible for me to study and work. The problem is –
my parents already had a problem with me not eating fish, red meat or
actually any meat other than chicken or turkey. It caused a lot of
arguments etc. but finally they’re ok with that. It also took me a lot of
time to convince them it’s better for me. A few years ago I cut out sweets
and fizzy drinks and all that shit of my diet, I lost a few pounds and was
very happy with the way I looked. But for some reason I started eating fast
foods and then other crappy things so my weight came back and since then
it’s only getting worse. First of all, I can’t discipline myself and stop
eating all the bad foods. I started binge eating a lot. I’ve gained about
50 pounds in about a year.
I still have at least 3 years of studying and living at home. I can’t even
go vegetarian, not to mention vegan. Yet. I think as soon as I move out, I
want to start that lifestyle! But since I can’t really do it now, I was
wondering if just eating a lot of raw fruit and vegetables + some of the
non-vegan meals could help? Should I go high-carb even though it’s not
going to be vegan? Yes, eventually I want to try going vegetarian and then
vegan, but as I said it’s not possible for me now. So should I try to adapt
my current diet to be as close to raw till 4 as it can be or continue other
“healthy lifestyles” like paleo or other high-protein diets?
I’d love to hear any advice. I really want to write more, but I’m quite
sure it’s already too much. If anyone is kind enough to give me some advice
I’d be really grateful.

I grew up with Ariana! She does know the ethical side to it. She apparently
doesn’t really eat a lot bc of the stress and other things. She’s not
really a big eater but hopefully she’ll keep it carbed. She’s one of those
people that don’t eat whenever they’re going through things emotionally.
Ariana and a group of her friends basically binge watched a bunch of animal
rights movies like earthlings and other slaughterhouse videos. Really
awesome that she’s making it public bc she is influencing so many little
kids :)
However if you dig a little deeper and do more research you’ll find that
ariana lost all her weight BEFORE she went vegan. And from what she’s said
in interviews of what she eats it’s very eating disorder like. “I’m
extremely strict with my diet”, “I don’t eat a lot of carbs”, and she eats
little things like kale and avocado and “skinny pop”.

I’m similar to Ariana’s size… so tiny and skinny. People tell me to eat
more. Pfft i’m already am! Although i’m not a vegan, i do eat a lot. This
is all natural. I’m not getting any bigger.

I want to help my friends mom go on a plant based diet. Her mom has a lot
of health issues: diabetes (levels are never stable), anemic, heart
disease, kidney failure, high BP. I just don’t know where to begin to start
them off. I would really like to help her mom get healthy so they don’t
have to worry.
In some of her music videos you can see her bones POPPING OUT. Look at the
Problem video when her back is turned. Seriously emaciated. But her legs
look great ;)
Question for Freelee and others-
I’m a preteen. I’m very intrigued by the raw till 4 diet, but I’m worried
it could possibly mess up my metabolism? I don’t really want to lose weight
(I’m 5’6″ and 115 lbs) but rather maintain my weight and overall be
healthy. So could it mess up my body in any way? Also, would I get bloated
from the sudden high amount of fruit?
Please help. People from Scandinavia, Siberia and Switzerland around? How
do you make rawtil4 work in a very cold climate especially in winter? I
crave warm cooked food all the time, the fruits and salads just don’t seem
to satisfy me when it gets colder and colder :((( i even relapsed on coffee
and cheese (which I am not proud of). It feels like in general it became so
hard to not fall off of my diet-waggon. I believe in this lifestyle a lot
but I struggle hard to make it work in the climate I live. Any opinions or

Liquids calories is where I fall off. Dr.pepper and Mountain Dew are my
kryptonite. I drank a 2 liter of mountain dew yesterday and felt the guilt

Have a cheat day once a week can help to lose weight. I did it and it work
for me. I just go back to my normal eating healthy habit and working out.
It doses work. It’s a good reward too for all the work you did all week.
Good advices but let’s not forget the big picture. Genetics, genetics,

I drink Alcohol 1-2 times a month and i can say that it’s not that bad what
people say it is. You can build muscle and lose fat your entire life but
DON’T forget to loosen up from time to time and have fun with your bros or
hoes.
