Yeah I have like 0 will power when it comes to my sugar addiction. So I
will literally avoid carrying cash on me just so I can’t buy stuff when Im
out. XD haha Its hard~ I didn’t even know I had a sugar addiction
until waaaay after it developed. Like I literally get heavy withdrawals
and exhausted if I don’t eat something sugary sometimes which really messes
up my focus. Ive been cutting back on it for a long time and am getting
closer and closer to where I want to be… but yeah, so hard sometimes.

im 16 and waigh 9st 10lbs i want to loose belly fat whats the most
realistic way about it i can do healthy in my perssonal life but when am
over my grans on a friday for the weekend i cant help but eat her white
soft crusty bread aand when i start unhealthy i just say whats the point i
need my motivatioon back i tried if it fits your macros but when u allow
unhealthy things in ur diet ull eventually go back to unhealthy living but

my pantry is 5 meters away and filled with chocolate, I just convinced
myself that I’ll have a heart attack if I eat another piece because that
will spiral me into bingeing, I’m not fat but my metabolism sucks so it
could easily happen
Is it realistic to vie for a ripped body by not going to a gym? I can’t
afford a gym membership. I would have to achieve my goals with at-home
equipment (basic/inexpensive). Is that feasible? Also, do you have any
tips for satiety? I love fruits and vegetables, but I always feel starved.

crave sweets almost none throughout the week, but on Sundays I eat a whole

I just had a little question considering your weight loss. You see like
you, I also managed to lose 100 lb in 6-7 months period of time and when I
see you and your after pictures it looks fantastic. So I was just wondering
if you had any problem with excess skin after your weight loss and if so,
how did you deal with it?.In my case this excess skin is preventing me from
having the abs and the body that I desire.

Good video but I don’t agree with the idea of having only clean food n your
home. I think that type of thinking is short term as u will find yourself n
situations where bad food is around. U have 2 have the strength 2 say NO! I
have a wife and 2 kids at home that luv snacks.. it doesn’t bother me
because I’m strong enough no 2 eat them.
How do you get the figure 87%? Seems an arbitrary number to me.

meat will taste really bad after 2 days if u dont eat them except u freeze
them after cooking.
I LOVE bulltong, and I live in the UK, it really suprises me that I can
have this as a snack. What meats (if there is any) should I avoid?
Sometimes I like to smoke a quarter Oz and head down to Micky D’s and spend
£20 just for myself. Is there anyway this can be incorporated into the diet?
When I say sometimes, I mean most most days. I heard you shouldn’t eat
solids before 10am and that this can help so I incorporated that into the
diet and take advantage of the 10:30am menu as i’m not a big fan of sausage
& egg muffins.
Been doing this diet for quite a while now and i’m yet to see positive
results. Will keep trying though as I am a strong believer in structure.
