Gave this a try. I would not recommend the sweet potatoes. They do not
microwave well. They were cold as everything else was steaming hot. Try
baby potatoes or something. Otherwise the rice and hamburger was
aaaawesome!

making food for the week is dumb. best way to eat is fresh food, cooked

I cook enough meals to last me almost a month, but my meals are pretty
bland. I like the way you use lots of seasonings and veggies. I eat
veggies, but I could stand to add more. Good video. Thanks.

So after you finish prepping, you put every thing on the fridge right? And
if you take it to school or work how long will be good for? After is out of
the fridge? And do you eat it cold or heat it?

I’m going to pack this for my school lunch. Good shit man
nothing like bro-science… having done 6-7 meals per day for years…. i
started to read up a bit more, and there is NO science which backs this up
as effective or better. now I eat three big meals per day, with a shake
after training, and its all good…. with a job and kids , i’d rather eat a
big meal and be good to go…, it takes 6-8 hours for all the amino’s to
be taking from steak/chicken/fish…. no need to eat every 3 hours
looks awesome. I need to eat more healthy.
