I started my weight loss journey in March and weighed 267 pounds. As of
today on black Friday I weigh 207lbs. Only 40 pounds left to lose.
what age is he because he actually looks really young for a coach
This was,by far,my favorite episode! I loved his spirit, and positive
outlook on things! He totally deserved it!
. . . And not that he was a bad looking guy at first (he
wasnt) but he looks real good right now!
a person that weighs 382 pounds should start by walking, not hard
excersize, this is for drama but you can’t play with people’s lives for
that, this shit will damage his heart permanently
This is the most inspirational EWL episode I’ve seen so far. Bruce is just
an awesome young man. What heart!
Good that he loss the weight, but he was not able to do it alone.
Motivation is really important and that’s where the trainer came, push the
power.
At last someone with proper bench press form that does not do competitive
lifting. Lifting like a power lifter, elbows in son well done.
Looks like a young Tom Cruise
How do I sign up for this? I’m 13 5’10 and 250 pounds
FUCKIN HELL this guy looks so much better. Wow!!! Good for him!
He has such POSITIVE SPIRIT. Love him!!! He has had enough share of his
darkest of clouds. I hope this show was his first day on out.
Would Hidei or however you spell her name with Chris if he was still living
with other guys as roommates and pumping weights? I dont think so.
couldn’t help but notice, at the final weigh-in, how much healthier and
happier Brandon, the younger brother, now looks. Happiness does transfer
and inspire.
This show is awesome. No matter how “fake” the drama is between Chris and
the participants it is always inspiring to watch someone in my condition
doing the things that I am currently struggling to accomplish. Thank god
for motivation and inspiring people like this man.
His father is so dumb putting a kid at this type of risk in a mental state
of mind but he travel through any loss as much as he could and he got his
life back is really nice and I enjoyed this episode or season both really
but anyways please keep making more episodes and seasons about the stuff
and bye
How do I sign up for this I’m 12 and 190 pound’s 5″3’
Oh dear ..i am in love with him!
This show is more fake than the biggest loser. There’s an article exposing
this show for what it really is. An old participant said over the year he
only saw Chris about 5 times, the rest of the time Chris was filming season
two. Participant was at a ranch for three months losing weight with coaches
and stuff
something is wrong here:
when they were making the make over he whas commenting how it whas so good
even before it started
Wow, Americans can make movies out of anything……
*Trying not to cry*
*Almost crying*
*Tearing up*
COMMERCIAL STARTS
Me: WOW OKAY WTF!
How long did this take him ?
This bromance was spectacular! I laughed, cried, cheered.. So good
best episode ever of all
Just beautiful..very inspiring….What amazing and strong person Bruce
is!!! I am just speechless…..God BLess him and his family!!!
