Hi girls! I only felt this in my thighs! It barely made my butt burn like
it did my thighs. I’d like my butt to be bigger, and feel the burn in my
butt! Did this help any of you girls in your butt? (bigger butt etc?) Am I
doing something wrong? Please help! Thanks :)
if someone wants to lose weight from those areas and use this video, it
won’t make the fat go away? if it tones the muscles then my butt and thighs
would get slimer but toned right? explain it to me please because the title
got me so confused!
this is the first butt and thigh workout I’ve done and actually have felt
completely dead afterwards… damn

Really good for only 5 minutes. I’ve been doing this every other day for
awhile. Haven’t seen results, but that could be from not being as frequent
with it. Has anyone seen results, as in a bigger butt?
Can someone please tell me how long it’s going to take to see results!? and
is 5min enough? I’m on a weight loss journey & these videos are helping a
lot but I’m only in the bingeing of my journey so idk that much but I’m so
thankful for these videos, seriously♡
When I do this workout do I need to do it once every two days to make my
muscles rest?? Bc I heard it can damage them and it won’t make my butt
bigger, and that if you make them rest it helps?? so 3 or 4 times a week??

One of the women trainers at my gym told me its pointless to do body weight
squats cause only with weight on your back will you build muscle!!! After
doing this i for sure know that’s BS lol!!!
