My approach is to drink some< Pimm’s in the shelf behind you, and then camp in a debris hut with only swamp water to drink and a spear to hunt food. hahhah Big Smile< Seriously, great video, looks like great diet. Fifteen years ago I needed to lose weight and so I changed my diet to eat only salads and soups. My Dr. told me to limit my meat intake to only animals that have two legs. After two years I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off. Good luck …. ken
Losing weight is pretty easy, don’t confuse it with being healthy! I know
that might sound strange but you can actually put on weight eating ‘good
food’ because you tend to eat more of it because you think it’s good for
you.
The secret is to stop eating sugar, not to the extreme just look at what
things you eat regularly that have sugar. For instance cut out the
following:-
Sugar in tea and coffee
Chocolate
Pudding
Coke and fruit juice
Cake
Other than that avoid getting takeaways. You can still eat crisps, bread
and drink beer. Worked for me. In fact I put on a good half a stone over
christmas gorging on French food (Fois Gois etc) and am now back on my
diet. I have lost a good couple of pounds in the last week. You need to
remember once back to the weight you like continue the diet but allow
yourself something small and sweet each day and only have takeaways
occasionally. It’s a lifestyle change really, just being mindful.
Oh and top tip, you might not realise it but fruit is really fattening!

the day food is fuel, the body a machine. Put more fuel in and less effort
out equals and expanding waist line.

Get Funky! Physical activity and balanced diet, good on you mate! I
spent a year being quite sedentary and now after 10 months of walking 6 to
10 miles a day over rough field terrain each work day, I can totally feel
that I have better muscle tone overall and got my wind back. In the goretex
review vid I did a few weeks ago I surprised myself by being able to run
for better than a quarter mile and just losing my breath.
As mentioned in other comments, I hope you stocked up on loo roll buddy,
lol!
Hi Funky ! My name is harry and i m one of yr subscirbers from austria, i
was a person with too much weight,
1,66 m tall and 113 kg in weight, now i have arround 70 kg. what i did
is,,,,,reduced sugar in nutrition. 3 meals a day and a 5 hours break
between the meals. trink a lot of water !!! nutrition is very important
and i did a lot of sport but very soft only to reduce body fat ! i would
recommand you to buy the royal marines commandos fitness handbook, this is
quite good and will help u (nutrition, sport) !!!!

Great stuff Funky, you will loose weight nay bother on a soup diet m8, I’m
also on a diet for my West Highland Way camp in May, if you diet & train
you can easily loose a stone a month in weight, the first stone is easiest
then second wee bit harder, good luck, I’ll be watching & comparing my

Combo..Bell Pepper,Cabbage, Onions,Broccoli & Cauliflower..Other good Fat
Burners are Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar.. Make sure you
weave in some lean meat..Canned Tuna, Skinless Poultry..& Fish..Olive oil

suspect it’s going to get a bit windy in your household… soup is a great
way of packing loads of nutrients in. I can’t exercise for health reasons
so any weight loss programme is purely diet based. slow progress but
progress all the same. good luck with your health and fitness plans
Looks like great soup. I wish you lots of luck with the diet, seems like
this is a great step. I bet this soup would be great for overall health as
well as weight loss. And a nice thing to eat when you come in from the
cold. I think I’m going to follow your example :-)

Just to be the spelling cop here. Lose, not loose. Unless you mean how your
clothes will fit afterwards.
Other than that, looks like nice soup. I’ll be growing kale on my allotment
this year.
Wow! You guys use a shit load of plastic packaging in the UK.
Brother, Fat is not the culprit in getting fat; processed and natural
carbs/starches really are; like beer/hard alcohol, breads pastas, corn,
potatoes, oats/grains, sugary fruits and veggies (onion has MORE
sugar/starch and calories than a potato!!), and the devil: refined white
sugar and or high fructose corn syrup. THOSE are the major problems in the
Western diet. The best thing for weight loss is calorie control. As stated
below, it might be appear to be really healthy, but if you are still eating
more calories than you burn, you will not lose weight. That soup you made
is SUPER packed with calories, and it would be OK if you only ate small
portions of it. Did you work out the total calories per serving?
Personally, I would forget the porridge and banana in the morning and
instead eat eggs and bacon; high protein and moderate fat with little to no
carbs is the way to go. Carbs are not essential or necessary for health and
fitness, especially refined/cheap carbs and sugar of ANY kind. The best
part of the vegetables are the fiber and nutrients and ARE essential,
especially if they are negative calorie veg like cauliflower, cucumbers,
etc.. Starchy veggies are as bad as candy. In all honesty, have you ever
seen a healthy Vegan or vegetarian? They are always sick and pale. That
should give you a clue as to the results of such a diet. No animal fat and
no animal based protein WILL make you sickly. There are so many opinions on
weight loss out there, and I know one thing for sure, carbs really are bad
if they are the majority of your diet, fat is essential to health as is
protein. THE BIGGEST BIT of advice is just watch total calorie intake and
increase exercise levels and you will nail it no matter what you eat Just
my two cents brother. I hope what you are planning here works for you!!

Great Soup Funky! I am going to be starting intermittent fasting technique
soon. But if you want to lose weight/detox I got the ultimate drink for you
Lemons in warm or cold water, one or two slices cut in half and squeezed
into a cup. Ceylon Cinnamon and Cayenne Pepper. Adjust the amount of
cinnamon and cayenne pepper to suit your taste, I usually mix it in a pot
with another slice of Lemon put in. I also just recently starting putting
in green tea with it also. Good advice about losing weight first before
going into some physical activity. I also usually get a checkup (MOT) at my
doctors also before I get into the physical stuff.
