Does anybody know why there is this occasional popping/tearing sound
between my upper pecs when I’m doing Handstand Pushups? It doesn’t happen
all the time and I don’t feel any pain when it does happen, but I’m still
worried that it might come back and bite me some day.

he as no muscle deffinition what so ever a nd those shoulder presses
standing on your hands are dangerous just go in to a gym and do shoulder
presses with dumbbells alot more safer than this you can really injure
yourself if your not advanced at doing this

Dude, all you need for pushing is Hindu push-ups. I’m in my 40s, train two
or three times a week for about twenty minutes, only with body-weight
calisthenics, the only pushing exercises I’m doing are twenty Hindu
push-ups, and ten breaths of gymnast bridge, and my shoulders are bigger
than yours and I have better regulation of movement. And while I haven’t
done any consistent hand stand training in a few years, I can still do at
least eight good ones off the cuff. No supplements or anything, and I’m not
eating like a horse, either. What you’re lacking is breath. BREATH. Full
breath preparation, then full in, full OUT – pausing yet never ‘stopping’.
Supplemental: um, isos are what will make you VERY strong. Try to crush
something, repeatedly, with proper breath. Soon enough you’ll be able to
crush bones. And so on with the rest of the body……

Whats the best way to train for those handstand pushups on the bar? Do u
just master the handstand and then try to do it on the monkey bars?

balance but its better than most people here on youtube LOL!! XD
You might as well do those exercises in the soil. There´s also little point
in doing them with such horrible form, just a recipe for injury.
