Hi Jessica. Haven’t checked in for awhile as am doing the 31 Day Flat Abs
Challenge not your January one. But added this to day 20 and just wanted to
touch base. Love seeing Peanut cheering you on. OK sleeping but still.

#FITIN15 Week 4 Day 4 – check. Didn’t have 30 minutes for the bonus
kickboxing workout plus 15 minute walk so did this 15-minutes workout and
15-minute 1 mile walk – still did something, though – woohoo!
Oh gosh! OW! So tired… Why did I think that doing this after the ab
workout a good idea? Felt like I could do something else other than abs but
geez… That was tough and I was wrong. I’m going to be feeling this
tomorrow…
I couldn’t even finish the laying down exercises. The standing, lunges and
side-to-side were plenty to get me tired and sweaty! My hips and thighs
hurt. I’m happy they hurt though ’cause I’ve never really felt them this
much before (if at all)!!! So happy these are working for me! 😀
I need to tell my mom to do these. Your workout videos are like no other
we’ve ever tried!

Great workout Jessica! I could feel those areas working as soon as I
started! These areas are so hard to target, but this workout does a great
job. I like when I feel the area working because I know that it’s doing
something positive! Thanks so much and I’ll be looking at your other
workouts too.
This was amazing!! I’m trying to get in good shape for my holidays next
month and I am very self conscious about my inner thighs and this really
worked them! Great workout.
Added this to the July abs challenge….but I still want more! I’m feeling
energized today!! Gonna find a short cardio blast and I think I’ll be good

like it was nobody’s business I never knew I could dance like that. Thank

i have fat on the inner sides of my knees i thing my thighs didnt have
anywhere to store the fat so it put it there can i still use this workout
