I’ve missed you guys, soo sorry I haven’t uploaded in a while, just been
busy with some family issues, but I’m back with some Motivation for you
guys xo
Great video and tips. I’ve been in maintenance mood for a year. I reached
my weight loss goal of 106 lbs as of January/February of 2014. I too had
set backs in my journey but generally been able to maintain within 2-5 lbs
of my goal weight. At my heaviest I was 266 lbs. I’m currently 156.5 lbs.
My goal was to reach 160 lbs. It definitely becomes easier to maintain as
times goes on. Continue being consistent with eating good healthy foods,
exercising and support makes the journey more successful.
You look amaizing! How much did you lose per week?
Thank you so much, tomorrow I start my first real workout. When I watched
your other videos, I started eating better, but accidently ate bad for four
days, so this time im going to be serious.
OMG please don’t lose any more weight this is extreme.
Thank you for this video…I have been off the wagon for a few weeks now
and am slowly seeing my weight creep back on. I have trouble sticking to my
calorie intake for fat loss so my goal for this week is to STICK TO IT and
then record my results after 1 week. I know when I see my results I will be
motivated to keep going again. I have already lost a lot of weight, but
losing this last 20lbs is such a struggle for me. I must say though seeing
your before and after pics really motivates me! I love your videos! PS have
you ever struggled to stick to your calorie allowance, please do share some
tips on how to stay with in your daily calorie goal (mine is 1200).
I’d Love to see a video of your gym work outs… if that is possible….
and i basically do the same thing every time i go to the gym but add
something different an extra arm or leg or squats… i’m seeing results and
have dropped another 5lbs in the last month as well as seeing definition
and my clothes getting looser… do you think that “leg day” “arm day” are
that important… i don’t understand what the big deal is… i’ve always
figured what ever works for me is what i will do… are they important for
a reason?
Can you do a video about how you manage your hair while working out so
much. Like how often you need to get it redone. How you wear it when you
work out. What you do post workout to your hair. How you clean it in
between installments ect. Thanks for the inspiration!

Can u plz do more food diary
When you first started your weight loss journey and doing HIIT was that the
only exercise that you were doing? I am currently doing your HIIT work out
and want to know if just the 30 minutes if HIIT cardio a few times a week
and a mostly clean low cal diet is enough for me to shed this last 20 lbs?
I’ve been working out and eating healthy for about 3 months now and I love
the results I’m seeing and even people have started to notice.
I’ve heard many mixed signals about corset waist training? What are your
thoughts?
I have started losing weight, and running has made me really happy. I have
improved my running a lot, but now I have shin splints.

You’re amazing! You’re so intelligent and all youre advice is realistic. I
always stop going to the gym once i feel like i like how i look (which is
so dumb!) but when i decide to get back to the gym my mindset is to just GO
FOR IT for at least two weeks going hard in the gym THEN i look at my
progress idk but that helps me because if i keep checking how i look
everyday it just gets me down but after 2-3 weeks i can see a difference
which motivates me.

since there are wayyyyy to many people commenting , its hard to remember
everyone but wow i really wnat to thank you for all your inspiration and i
know i came complaining asking you what is hould do but after i got
frustated i got up and ive been working out for about an hour and a little
more . Full body work out seriously trying hard and been eating healthy . I
no longer drink soda i havent drank it for a year now so i know that
definately made a huge difference. I drink lots of water and stay positive
. Without you i wouldnt be having this much determination , so thank you so
much babe you are a true example of courage and strength and every positive
thing there is !:-)
I love your weight loss related videos. Im still trying to find my
motivation. I always start eating healthy and going to the gym, but I
always fall off and stay off. Then months later, I start again. smh. I love
watching haul videos too. I like seeing what people have bought, it gives
me inspiration for my next purchases.
And I’m just sitting here eating nachos. Dang.

explaining the process of losing weight, eating healthy, staying motivated,
etc. Not only that, but you are living proof that hard work and dedication
pays off greatly because your results are beyond fantastic. I just want to

i Watched your victoria secret haul and u said your boobs went from a c to
a b right ? and ima 36 c and i want too lose weight but will my boobs get
super smaller ?im 5’0 in a half btw
Excellent goals I found that running was the only exercise that truly gave
me quad definition. No amount of elliptical or weights really defined my
legs like running

I’m 10lbs into my setback but this remotivated me so much! thank you. I
started my regime a few days ago and it’s been hard to get back into the
swing of it.
I suggest you record voice prior to doing. But, I give you Thumps Up really

This has been my morning startup for about the past month (some days I was

Awesome job! I have done several other yoga videos, and this one I really
connected with the instructor Cindie. She is informative while she is doing
the moves and makes you feel awesome for going and doing yoga with her.

Hi! Did you ever hear about – Cetenon Beta Loss Diet (should be on google
have a look)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my BBF got
great weight loss from it.
