Am I supposed to warm-up before doing this exercise?

This is the most effective excercise I’ve done in my life!!! I’m in pretty
good shape, I hike a lot and eat well and despite that I’ve been getting
some saddle bags and cellulite over the last couple of years. I attributed
it to the fact that I sit a lot at work and I’m getting older. I hurt my
lower back doing yoga years ago and I think that injury aggravated the mild
scoliosis I already had and worsened the misalignement in my hips. But
these EXCERCISES are AWESOME. Especially the curtsy. After only 4 days of
doing 10 reps four or five times a day the visible difference is huge. The
saddle bags and cellulite are visibly reduced, my thigh muscles are firmed,
my knees are aligned (they used to turn inward) and, cherry on the cake,
the pain from the old injury is gone. THANK YOU!!!!
I wish I could see your feet on the video. I know I am not supposed to
extend my knee of my toe (at least trainers say that) so I want to see how
far down to go.

I have to much saddlebags in the side of the legs.. from the back I looked
like I have too much heavy hips … plz tell me how to reduce this
saddlebags as soon as possible ….

On the last lunge variation is the foot stepping out facing forward or to
the side of the twist?
Will this get rid of cellulite on the outer thighs?
Does this make it bulky???????
