at first but it started to grow on me as the video progressed and then I
kind of liked it..kept me distracted You guys are doing a great job!

im so excited that i found your channel ive been searching for something
like this for a while :)
Just what I was looking for, thank u for sharing
I love that there is a real exercise workout for people like me who are too
embarrassed and financially challenged to afford a gym or a personal
trainer. I have been overweight my entire life and gradually it is getting
worse. After watching my 600lb. Life I decided I dont want to wait to reach
that much weight and I want to do everything I can to help myself now. So I
am now watching my calorie intake and now I can add in exercise thanks to
these videos. I do however have a slipped disk and rheumatoid arthritis as
well as a protein deficiency…excercise has caused me weeks of pain in the
past because I can’t take average muscle strain from working out. If you
could add in some tips for me on how to exercise or maybe tips on food,
water or treatments on things I could do to help manage or prevent pain for
long periods afterwards but still be able to burn calories and gain muscle
I would find that extremely helpful. Thank you so much for putting this
together. Its the first time I felt comfortable to participate in exercise
in years. Please keep up the videos…Already a fan!
I love your videos. I’m chronically ill and take prednisone, chemo and
bunch of other meds. I gained a ton of weight, lost bone mass and joints
are bad from prednisone. I have to give some observations. In between
exercises can you take less time? Also, while doing movements don’t go so
fast. Do the full movement instead of speeding it up. Other than that
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I love these videos and I’m sharing them with other
sick people.
Thank you for this video!

This is a very lovely video, thank you for posting!
It would be a shame for you not to get ripped when other people accomplish
it easily with Vixen Fat Loss (search for it on google).
Thank you so much for these videos! I just recently started a personal
training job and have two clients that I had no idea what to do with
because of their present state. I’ve been able to incorporate elements of
your videos into their workouts and they really seem to enjoy them. Thanks
for the great ideas!
