This is exactly the food I eat, except I have about three times more food
throughout the day haha. How can you only have that much?? Maybe I’m just a
fatty haha

Just letting you know (in case you didn’t) the calci-plus involves the
ingredient vitamin D which they source from the lanolin of sheep. Hopefully
I don’t come off as a lil bitch, I’m personally vegan for ethical reasons
and would have loved it if someone had told me about the calci-plus sooner
than what it took me to find out after drinking it for months. xxx

12 weeks really? I heard you had to eat less than 20g of carbs a day for 2
weeks to achieve ketosis. BTW does fibrous carbs contribute to your total
carb count?
I eat the leafy greens for fibre but I still get constipated. And you eat
kidney beans or any other high fibre beans?

For people who don’t eat as much bacon and pepporoni as you, wouldn’t it be
necessary to supplement with sodium? I’ve found that a whole-food ketogenic
diet will result in not enough sodium, which will cause increased urination
and an inability to hold any water. Have you ever experienced that?
I’m usually 70+ % fat, and around 19-20’s in protein and well under 5% for
carbs each day – does it have to be super strict AT 75% fat, or will
anywhere in the 70’s usually work? Thanks
Hey man great content, However, I just want to point out that your intro
music is too damn loud. Then when you get to the part where you’re talking,
it gets quiet and had to turn the volume up to hear you speak. If you can
level the sounds, your videos would turn out better. The first 30 seconds
of loud music in my opinion is unnecessary. Good content tho!
Keto is perfect for building muscle.Building muscle from your fat.
Can you still build muscle on a keto diet? At the moment i have over 200g
protein, which i assume is way to high for a keto diet. My training is
pretty intense, so will i still be able to build muscle doing keto and
going lower on my protein?
I have started eating the keto way a week ago. I have been keeping track of
my foods on fitness pal… unfortunately I did not know to stay away from
chicken breastfeeding and to eat rhetoric dark meats instead. I was
wondering is there any room for the percentage? I have been averaging
73-74% fat and 22-26% protein and 3-6% carbs I have been using the
myfitnesspal app and it helps keeping track. The one thing I have noticed
in the last week starting this is that I am not really ever hungry and that
I actually enjoy the majority of the foods that are in this lifestyle
change!

How do you structure re-feeds or do you not use them?
What are your thoughts on pregnant/nursing moms on the ketogenic diet?
Should the macros stay the same and just increase the calories to support
the needs of the baby or should the carbs perhaps be increased? I’ve been
either pregnant or nursing for the last 5 1/2 years. I don’t really have
any weight to lose, but I do have several underlying health conditions,
which I’d like to fix. I feel better eating less carbs and more fat for
sure. Are women’s macro needs different than men’s on the ketogenic diet,
especially during childbearing years?

Its harder to eat a high fat diet than a high carb diet. If both carbs and
fatd give you energy, why not eat high carb? Gladiators did it. They ate
carbs to gain weight.

My preworkout has 11 carbs in it. It’s sugar. Should I stop use? I
kinda…rely on it sometimes..
But at the end of the day, I’m eating around 30 carbs a day.

this diet an came upon your videos. One question tho how do you know how
many macros you nedd daily? How do you figure that out?
