And along with your new fitness program, make sure you eat healthy foods. The two go hand in hand. You’ll work out twice as long for half the results if you can’t control your diet.

The good news is that a little hard work leads to lean muscle growth, which never goes out of style. It lasts longer than a pedicure, looks better than a set of new shoes, and is more eye catching than designer jeans.
