i think Jeff is one of the most appreciated trainer on youtube! i have my
own rutine so i don’t really need a program, but i really hope some people
are buying his rutine program because he really deserves the money after
this GREAT effort he’s putting into all these videos.
Love all your videos, Jeff. Now what I’d really like to see you do is one
of the toughest core exercises out there:
The human flag
I think you probably could and I’ve always saw the human flag to be such a
show-stopping move. Do it!

also how about the Obliques? ..ive been eating right, drinking a gallon of
water a day and i’ve been doing core for years now..but it seems like i can
only get the top four abs and not the complete 6

Can you make a video about sugar. We all know to not eat junk food or drink
sugar filled beverages. However, a serving of kashi “go lean” cereal is 12
grams and with skim milk, the total meal has 21 grams of sugar/ That’s
about 50% of the recommended daily intake of sugar. Can you explain what
role sugar plays in terms of bodybuilding
Calisthenic kids do this in their fucking sleep. This exercise is hardcore.
When i try this in the gym, ppl look at me as if im an idiot.

I’m a big fan of Jeff, and I truly think he is the most knowledgeable and
best trainer on YouTube, and maybe even the country, but I’m really
starting to wonder if he is not using steroids. His muscular proportions
are just a little to big to come about through natural training, especially
if you have seen what he looked like before as an exceptionally skinny
Ectomorph. This is NOT a slam against Jeff as I think he is GREAT. I feel
like I am asking a very valid and legitimate question here. Do you think he
is using Juice? It does appear that way to me, having seen many guys in my
life who were steroid users. You don’t only have to be the size of Jay
Cutler to be on Steroids, and Jeff’s proportions look to me like there is
some Steroid usage there. Thoughts?

Too people having a hard time doing it : Flex you legs to decrease the
lever.
This exercice requires more strenght in upper and middle back than core
when you are not used to it. The Dragon flag seems more relevant (Even if
your lats are less involved) But Jeff have already did a video on it.

Yes! I’ve been waiting to see you do some calisthenics! I love the front
lever, it’s an amazing exercise for strength, full body tension, mind
muscle connection, all around functionality, and it makes your muscles all
work together. However, I wanted to point out two things that most people
should know.
1) This isn’t all core strength, this requires a LOT of back strength. So
if you’re having trouble learning this, remember to train back as well as
core (and train the move a lot).
2) Jeff failed to give any regressions of this exercise. There are many
easier versions that are just as beneficial, simply easier and will help
you build up to the front lever. Tucked front lever, advanced tuck front
lever, straddle front lever, and full front lever are the main ones. Look
around for front lever tutorials, there are a lot. LET’S TRAIN!

This is a great exercise dance video, true salsa or not. It gets you
dancing and sweating.

mess, but by 2nd time I felt like a Latina superstar! So much more fun

The movements are great but the music it is not salsa at all (my opinion)
Sure is right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if
your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. Listen in a best female
model 2012 exclusive interview she had mentioned about her strong abs with
this 7 food items. worth watch here now SIXPP.COM Look to be treated by
