I absoutely LOVE IT when you guys mess up! I know it sounds weird, but I
mean it in the nicest way! Like when Daniel has to tie his shoe, or forgets
which set we’re doing, or (in other videos) when Kelli loses her balance
and stuff like that, it just seems so… Human, y’know? That this is really
2 people wanting what’s best for you, and not some big marketing gimmick to
suck all your money. I love it, and I love the two of you. There are so
many positive changes to my body and I cannot thank you enough. Here’s to
FitnessBlender!!!!! *clinks champange glass but it’s really just apple
juice because I’m 17*
(This is my husband’s account.) I just wanted to say thank you so much for
providing the whole world with your amazing workouts that are probably not
just changing lives but saving and transforming lives and how people feel
about themselves overall, eliminating the need for a shrink, xanax, or
emotional eating. I started smoking when I was 12 in the Philippines where
I was born and raised. I’ve been in LA for almost 4 years now where people
generally have a healthy lifestyle. I quit cold turkey last May ’14 and was
able to stick to it with YOUR help. I don’t think I would’ve been able to
do it without these awesome workouts that really take the edge off. Now,
Fitness Blender is my religion and you guys are probably tired of hearing
this but I owe all my progress and changes to you both! I’m now more
focusing on building muscle and toning the lower body. I truly madly deeply
sincerely love you guys!!! Please forgive me in advance if one day I see
you both and attack you with a bear hug! Hope to see more week challenges
soon! Maybe some lower body building and toning? Day 1 and 5 were my top

hey guys, great workout. I have a question. Today is my first day taking up
this challenge and I finished it half way. Can I go on and start my Day 2
or should I redo this workout again tomorrow?
Finished 2 rounds of one of Fitness Blender’s low impact program last
week.
Will definitely start on one of their 8-Week Programs next week. Why not
today? Because I have been super curious to try this 5-day challenge since
it came out. What can I say? It was super fun and I feel so accomplished.

This Monday when I arrive to School:

I did this workout 6 months ago. After 2 weeks of doing this I started
making my own workout plans based on FB’s workouts. After just 5 weeks of
training I could see my abs, I felt much more alive and active and it felt
like everyday I could run without getting tired. Then I stopped working out
and started eating unhealthy food… I built up fat (I’m naturally skinny
so everything is stuck in my belly). And now when I finally got the
motivation I needed and did this workout, after around 30 minutes I did
something wrong while doing the pulse squats so now every time I stretch my
leg it hurts like hell. WHY GOD WHY???? ;0

Totally kicked my butt and made me sweat. You guys are awesome and your
fitness videos are life changing always make me feel like I can do all the
workouts. :)
I am 18 years old and very very thin…only about 55kgs I nees to gain

This is one tough HIIT. Breaks are super short, and each exercise was a new
type of torture. I got a little excited when the last round was squat pops,
which sometimes seem like a recovery round. Problem is, I was so dead from
the other 7 exercises, that this one was just about as hard as anything
else. Bravo guys! Love to feel the sore legs the next day :)

The one bad thing about going vegan is that everyday, every hour, every
second I realize that most people are idiots unable to think critically or
accept scientific facts.
I don’t know if something’s wrong with me, but I need help or I will lose
faith in humanity completely.

I’m vegan, and I followed pete for 3 months after his cancer diagnosis.
According to his latest update his 6 mo after his surgery he is still
cancer free. I am willing to bet my life that his cancer will be back
within a year or two. I unsubbed from pete a month ago because I watch
these youtube videos for entertainment and sometimes I subconsciously adopt
thoughts whether they are helpful or detrimental.
Holy ish Pete looks like shit literally look like he’s at Satans door
what is the best answer to someone who says “it’s not fat that makes you
fat, it’s sugar” ?! lol!
Eating a pound of butter and drinking oil is eating “healthy”. It’s like he
wanting his heart to fail.
What fats do you recommend? I use chia, flax, and hemp seeds. I used to use
EV coconut and olive oil but I’m thinking about tapering those out since
they are processed out of their natural states.

pound! I just bought the starch solution book and have been watching a lot
of lectures about it! Almost a week on my vegan lifestyle and I feel

your videos. For me, what I’m mostly scared of, is losing my gains if I
drastically reduce my protein intake. I’ve been training for over 6 years
to come where I am, but I’ve also been seeing too much shit being done to
animals and seeing how you look on a vegan diet, I think I will give it a
try.

Thank you!!!!! My mom died of brain cancer 11 months ago. When she was
diagnosed I did a TON OF RESEARCH and found over and over and over again
that a diet in high animal protein turns on cancer cells. This led me to
the China Study which gave overwhelming scientific evidence that animal
protein causes tumor growth. Guess what? My mom used to eat a lot of red
meat…animal protein. Losing my mom at only the age of 58 was the most
devastating thing to happen to me. I became a vegan after watching my
bestfriend…my mom slowly did to cancer. You are 100% right in your video!
I love your message…please continue to spread the truth. People can call
you harsh all they want but what is really harsh is watching someone you
love slowly die in front of you when it could have been avoided. Thank you
