Good work out. I do this with 2 pounds weights.
I have been walking at home for about 6 weeks now and I am so pleased at
the difference this has made to my fitness levels and even my psyche. I
feel like a different person and the great thing is that it is not too
difficult to do
Does this help if a person is about 105lbs (163cm tall), who has very
little muscle, but more fat? will i lose the fat on my belly and thighs,
and gain some muscle from it?

Love these work outs. Fat loss occurs when a greater number of calories are
burned than consumed. Just by giving up bread and walking here, I was able
to reduce my body fat. You may not lose weight as your body is creating
muscle, which is more dense than fat, but you won’t be as jiggly and you
will feel so much better. Thank you for posting this.

hey gyes. I’m turning 13 in one month. I did the whole workout without
stopping and plus I did my workout which I’m doing for 2 weeks. I have a
“sporty body”,like,I’m not very thin and “little” so doing workouts is not
hard for me. I would like to loose 5 kilos in 1 month. ((but no diet)) I
need advices, can I loose 5 kilos (or 4) if I do this workout every day,if
I wont’ eat so much sweets and if I wont eat after 7 o’clock?? :)) please
answer me :)
I was going to hold off on exercising until I move out (next year) because
I’m not able to change my diet to a large extent and go after all the
healthy choices- y’know, living with siblings/mum who aren’t exactly trying
to be vegan or healthy eaters.. and although we don’t eat takeout,
microwave foods, and fast food, it still isn’t vegetables and fruit every
day and it’s still processed, but I’ve decided that it can’t hurt to work
out anyway. I’m getting that just-developing pudge.. you know, the one that
doesn’t go away as soon as you sleep it off or walk for a bit like when you
were a tad younger.. the one that you can visibly see starting to give you
those stomach rolls, and you know where it goes from there- so I’m trying
to nip it now. Anyhow, I’ve been doing this workout for about two weeks now
and it works up a sweat and all, so I hope I’m losing weight. x (long

This was actually insanely helpful for me. I’m 21, though I’m not a mother,
and I have multiple medical conditions that limit me doing too much – aka,
losing any amount of weight that I want to lose, even with dieting. I was
able to do the normal version of this workout on the normal setting without
feeling dizzy or having to sit down. The encouragement from the woman was
perfect, too, and the perfect push I needed. I loved this <3
She is not that fit. . . mid section is huge. she is breathing like she
can’t talk starting from the beginning of the actual cardio workout.
It’s just weird to watch.
I weigh less than 100 lbs I’m 13, 5’7 how many calories does this burn?
