I’ve tried so many times to try to lose weight, and it never seemed to work
out. i would have days where I’d eat well and other days when I just said
fuck it and decided not to try. The bad days outnumbered the good days, and
I gained twenty-five pounds in five months. I’m not sure what it is about
you and this video, but it really made something click and I have finally
found my inspiration.
My journey begins now, and I want to thank you for that!

You should buy cast iron pots, they are AMAZING. And stainless steel and
porcelain (le Creuset is top of the line, but there are good copies of
their brand as well) are good too. Cooking with Teflon or Aluminum is
HORRIBLE for your health. Teflon cookware is THE WORST CULPRIT–we KNOW IT
TO BE HORRIBLY HARMFUL. DuPont has lost lawsuits for having covered up
their knowledge of how dangerous Teflon is. You should throw all of your
Teflon out ASAP. You can’t help but slowly erode the very thin finish over
time, to expose and release the awful and strong chemicals which are
INCREDIBLY hazardous to your health. You don’t want to undo all of the hard
work you are putting into improving your health and your daughter’s health,
by poisoning your bodies with your cookware. It releases at least 15
harmful gases. And that’s to say nothing of tiny particles that it
releases, which get lodged in your body and continually release poisons
into your system. These same particles end up in our environment and wreak
the same kind of havoc–i.e. the animals ingest them an experience that
same continual release of poisons, and they release their toxins near the
plant life as well. This in turn causes hormonal and genetic problems for
the animals and plants in the environments where they’re dumped. These
chemicals in particle and gaseous form can cause diseases ranging from
thyroid problems, to Cancer to Alzheimer’s disease. They can cause flu-like
symptoms, liver damage. They are also a particular danger to pregnant
women, babies, damage to fetuses in utero, and are the cause of birth
defects. DuPont lost a multimillion dollar lawsuit for having COVERED
UP the fact that THEY KNEW it posed these dangers, for over 18 years. And
that’s not the entire list.
Aluminum is unhealthy because it will leech into the food, and though it’s
not proven–there is good cause to believe it plays a role in causing
Alzheimer’s later in life, not to mention early onset Alzheimer’s which is
fast becoming far more prevalent. They keep finding lots of aluminum in the
brains of people with Alzheimer’s. Sadly it’s a difficult disease to study
until a sufferer is dead. Which is why they do believe aluminum
is connected, but haven’t yet proven it. Still, why take the chance when
you have healthy pots that don’t put you at risk. And cast iron is
relatively cheap. You need something which has a nice heavy base, and it
will last you a lifetime.
Now YES, this does mean you will need to use a bit more oil. But if you use
good oils–olive, flax seed, coconut, walnut, etc…you’ll be fine. I eat a
good deal of healthy fats, and I’m losing weight. I don’t go nuts having
unlimited amounts, but I also don’t restrict like crazy. I let myself have
a good amount each day–often in the form of nut milks, then I hold off in
the other areas. But I’d still allow myself a good amount of nuts in a
salad, a generous amount of olive oil in the salad, and a small bit of
coconut oil in a cast iron pot, to sear some already boiled yam
patties/rounds/pieces–all in that day. I just balance it out. Because my
food that day would be vegan, and a ton of roughage, I wouldn’t worry about
the fat as much. If I had meat, I would be more sparing…
You look great hun and clean eating is the key to long term weight-loss.
I’m eating a salad now as I type this.. Thanks for the motivation and the

When you say Toronto are you referring to Canada? Great job on the weight
loss were you particular on your protein mix or just picked one.
A lot of people told me I’d never lose weight because I come from a heavy
family. I quite believed it but I watched this video four months ago and I
decided to try do something about my weight. You will not believe the
change! I’m not where I wanna be yet but I’ll stay focused. Thank you!! And

jealousy and hateresy…you are not just beautiful, you are “drop dead…!”
(no need to even add ‘gorgeous’ on the end, that’s how serious you are!)
You are all kinds of lovely, I’d be totally gay for you! I can certainly
relate to your weight struggle, I was always tall and slender with a
beautiful hourglass body…until I had my daughter’s (17 months apart).
They are 5 and 6 years old now so I can’t call it “baby weight” anymore!
Ha! But I def want to get “me” back. I, as well as many other women,
appreciate you being so open and candid with us strangers. You allowed
yourself to be exposed for the benefit of others and that takes an amazing
amount of courage and confidence to be vulnerable in such a way. Thank you

OMG! Just AMAZING! And how did You achieve so slim waist? Do You wear
corsets?
I admire your resolve. I can workout everyday but can’t eat healthy to save
my life. With this attitude I find that I keep fluctuating around my
current weight, sometimes gaining one or two kilograms but never losing
any. Determination and patience are the key, it seems. Thanks for the
video.
