I went to the doctor and so far she is not happy with how my lungs sound,
and she was super worried after I told her how I hurt my lungs in the first
place. She put me on prednisone and ordered an xray and a visit to a
pulmonologist. I will be giving an update after I finish the medication and

Hello. Just found your channel! As you lose more weight your breathing will
get better, you don’t necessarily need to water fast. Also, dairy could be
exacerbating it – so maybe go a week without cheese or cream and see how
you feel? Just a few tips
I knew you’d lost weight because your face is a lot slimmer. Hope the
breathing issue has gotten better. I was really happy at 90kg (which is
still 20kg overweight) but I’d be absolutely delighted to weigh that. I was
that weight for about 18months and really happy (mentally and physically).
Sounds like it would a similar size to you, being that I’m 6 inches
taller. Kinda funny that I still enjoy watching your food videos as we are
on very different diets. I’m eating a vegan plant based diet – so lots of
carbs and animal prodcuts:-).
Congrats on your weight loss! you seem quite disciplined. Remember proteins
can be turned into glucose by gluconeogenesis. You might want to cut back
on proteins and increase your fat intake. Check out Dr. Mercola’s youtube
channel.

170 is more than 30 lbs overweight for your height maybe you carry it well
, but you should lower your goal.
Hello Andrea just wanted to let you know I just started watching you about
a week ago and I wanted to let you know I used to be 310 and now I am 180
and I am a diabetic also that takes insulin and all I did to lose the
weight was I ate 6 small meals a day 3 meals and 3 snacks it came off in
about 6 months you just got to keep your metabolism at one level you should
never be hungry literally it fell off of me so fast I’ve tried so many
diets it’s pathetic I just wanted to say no matter how much you weigh you
are very beautiful actually and your baby is adorable and your husband is

I, but I am finding that the green smoothies really work well with keeping
me satiated. Juicing did not appeal to me …didn’t like the taste, but
smoothies with greens and fruit really works. Blessings to you.

diet that helped me get to 140 and this time around its not working… i

day! i get so depressed now… do you have any advice to lose weight

Hey Andrea. Nice to know that you are on keto. However, I think you are
making too little progress for a ketogenic dieter. I have watched some of
your videos and I would like to point out a few things.
Recent studies have shown that our body shows similar response to other
sweeteners as it would react to normal sugar. Cut that out.
If you need snacks when you need to stay late, go for roasted almonds,
cashew, walnuts… nuts in general are good source of fat.
Increase water intake. To not lose ions, you need to up your salt intake.
High water intake is very important in keto diet because you lose ketones
in urine (that is how you lose excess fat). Also, you will excrete unused
protein in urine. If you don’t increase water intake, you may experience
kidney problems in the future.
Start consuming anti-angiogenic foods which are keto compatible. Those will
help in decreasing the size of fat cells. Some of the things I can think of
are spices such as garlic, cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric, basil,
cilantro, cloves and thyme. Start driking green tea. If you can, get
Angiogenesis foundation green tea, otherwise just get earl grey tea or
sencha or jasmine and don’t add sugar or any other sweetner to it, just add
lemon and spices.
I see that you are not eating enough veggies. Even if some veggies contain
carbs, they are not bad for you. Eat veggies with everything you eat. You
can avoid constipation that way. Choose anti-angiogenic veggies.
Eat mushrooms. They are a good source of fat. To add to that, they are
anti-angiogenic and a good source of vitamins and minerals.
Most importantly, keto is not “eat as much as you want” diet. You have to
be aware of how much you are eating. It is possible to gain weight on keto,
that is if you can eat more than what your body needs. It’s just that most
of us lose appetite with so much fat that we can’t eat enough. Get a
kitchen scale and start weighing how much you are eating. Then go to
MyFitnessPal and start logging your meals. More than 50g carbs and more
than 100g protein is a big no no. Set weight goals in MyFitnessPal and try
to not go over your calorie restrictions. If you do this for a few weeks,
you will have a good idea of how much you are eating.

u are consuming a lot of fat which is not good, include veggies and fruits
in your diet that are rich in fiber and you will feel energetic, light and
also it helps you to lose weight.

I just want to say a few things. You are very beautiful. I watched your
preg and delivery video. I am so happy you started this plan. This is the
best lifestyle you are going to lose all your weight. Stop buying candy and
junk drinks. Those are not allowed. Meat, Fat and Low veggie. STOP MAKING
EXCUSES!!! i heard you say oh, this is not good for me, but Oh its going
to be a late night, NO! You sound terrible saying that!!!
Be strict and after about 3 days all headaches will be gone. Don’t worry
about hanging fat, just walk and lift some soup cans at home. Some exercise
is better than nothing. I will follow you. Stay focused. You can do this.
Don’t make excuses and don’t feel sorry for yourself when you make
mistakes. Get Serious. You are way overweight and you are putting your
heart through major trauma being that heavy. You want to live for your
children and make your husband proud of you. You Got this! Keep Going.
PS My Momma died at age 70 from C.O.P.D I know all about it. So we have
something in common. I hope you heal and you can breathe better. I am in
my 3rd week starting tomorrow. Down 8 lbs already. Smile Good Luck to
