I just can’t understand one thing…. Ok, I like every kind of physical
activity because there is a good old rule “its better something than
nothing”, but why you are lying people? Maybe you are lying or maybe you
are not educated well? YOU CAN’T BURN FAT WHATEVER YOU DO WITH ONLY 10
MINUTES! You will burn carbohydrates and that’s all, that’s physiology and
you can’t go over that…. Minimum 30 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise
you need to start use fat as a primary source of energy….. Please don’t
lie people, and when it comes about exercise there is no magic pill or
magic exercise…. You need will and you need time!
Idk if it’s just me, but those diamond kicks are brutal. As a tall person
who’s a little overweight, about the only way I come down on those is
“hard”. Maybe I just need continual practice with those….
wouldn’t recommend the reverse burpees if you care about your knees. Why
dont you guys just have Anna teach the classes? She’s always so much better
than these guest trainers!
Anna, what type of mats do you use for your workouts? They don’t seem to

This is a BEGINNER’s level HIIT workout. Move on if you are more advanced.

exhausted in the end
Do you think it would be enough sport for a week to do a 10 min hiit
workout like this one and another 10 min abs/legs/butt workout which makes
a total of 20 minutes per day?
I’m just wondering because I want to keep a good shape :)

Fantastic performance by ladies. will prefer to avoid some of the tough
ones unless some one can provide supervision and technique.
idk why ive never tried popsugar workouts before. i guess i thought it
looked to easy but my lord im sweating buckets
