This is super random, but I’m super interested in what you think..
Whats your take on birth control? I’ve been kinda hesitant to take it just
because the hormonal changes and being un-natural, just wondering your
opinion!
Here my recipe for an amazing pre/post workout shake:
– 1 banana
– 400 ml your choice of milk (personally cows would taste the best, other
types may make it watery tasting)
– 1 tbsp goji berries
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
– 2 pitted dates
It taste AMAZING, and don’t be scared about the goji berries, yes they may
taste weird when you eat them separately, but in this drink it tastes
great! :)
Ugh I’m just looking at your body and I’m getting so annoyed at myself. I’m
not fat, I’m average, but I’ve gained weight in the past couple of months
due to stress. I just want to cut all this fat off my body. Exercise makes
me angry because I can’t do it and always give up. Guess I’ll be ugly
forever

You are serious goals lol Can you make some videos on what to eat and what
meals to make while being away at college. The choices here at my campus
are not the healthiest or the freshest, plus I don’t have a kitchen so it’s
super difficult to actually have good healthy foods.
Kassie you should check out Deliciously Ella! Her recipes are all about
whole plant based foods and she has loads of ideas for meals using the same
kinds of healthy ingredients that you probably have laying around

This past year has been rough on me, there has been a lot of mess in my
life that’s been stressing me out, and I’ve been trying to ”get back on
track” with myself. Even if this video focused mainly on fitness goals, I
think it’s possible to apply it to other parts of a daily life as well,
especially when it comes to motivation and food ^^

There’s only one fitness cassey I like and it’s not her
omggggg I’m literally telling everyone about your ice trick. I never could
have thought of that (sadly). I was told years ago that putting cold water
on the inside of your wrist when you’re hot is a good way to cool off but
never thought to try it when working out too. ugh thank you so much!
You should share your MyFitnessPal account name/food diary! I would love to
follow it and get some ideas of what you eat on a daily basis! =]

For someone allergic to strawberries, what do you think would be a good
alternative for the shake?
This might be a bit of an odd question, but do you know of any YouTubers
that have chronic illness lifestyle tips? Kind of a weird thing to look for
if you don’t have chronic illness but you never know, I thought I would
ask. I’ve tried to find some, but it seems like they’re usually just
talking about how hard life is and to explain their illness to able people
rather than tips to help people who ARE ill. If you know of someone I’d be
really grateful! ^^
I was wondering if you could give some tips on gaining weight. The reason I
want to gain weight isn’t because people say I’m skinny. I mean, sure they
do say that but I think my weight is what is causing some health problems
for me and well, I just want to be healthy. You said in a previous video
that you were really skinny as well. Were you skinnier than now? If not,
how did you gain weight? (btw I eat a lot so I am not skinny because I
don’t eat)
