Revolution slimming method by Dr. Dukan

Dukan diet consists of 4 main phases, each of them provides different slimming approarch. The idea beinhd this diet is to reach your desired weight step by step. It means naturally losing your unwanted kilograms and then stabilizing your weight. Those phases are:

1, An attack phase which allows you to lost 2-3 kilograms immediatly. It consists of pure proteins and is shocking start of the Dukan diet method. You are allowed to eat 70 protein foods.

2, A cruise phase which leads you to your desired weight. In this phase, you are circling between Pure Protein days or PP phases and Proteins accompanied with Vegetables or so called PV phases.  This phase adds 32 vegatables. The main goal is your True Weight. You are going to lost your kilograms step by step by changing Pure Protein days and Protein + Vegatables days.

3, A cons phase which prepares you for the future. Every kilogram you have lost means 10 days in consolidation phase. This is the most dangerous phase in Dukan diet method regarding weight regain, since human body has a tendency to  fight for its lost kilograms. Therefore, consolidation phase provides you a safe shelter protecting from unwanted weight regain. You are allowed to eat two celebration dishes per week, however do not overcelebrate.

4, A stabilization phase. Basically you can eat whatever you want, however you should still keep in touch with one Pure Protein day per week. The most important fact is that you are going to stay in this phase for the rest of your life. But do not worry, rules are very simple – get as much physical activity as possible and include one Pure Protein day every week.

Dukan diet method was invented by french doctor, Mr. Pierre Dukan. He has worked as a  nutritionist for over 30 years. Currently, doctor Dukan is the most famous nutritionist in France. His diet method is translated into over 20 languages and being sold in more than 30 countries all over US, Europe and Asia.
