These look great gonna make some today been Abit dubious about using my
syns don’t no y but I think these are worth it started slimming world 5
weeks ago and have lost 17lb so far 😀 
If you use a mix of robinsons squash at least 50% to water instead of the
jelly(which has syns) then the sweets are completely syn free! 
Made these today. I could eat a whole pot of the jelly part but wasn’t too
keen on the yogurt part. But never tried that flavour yogurt it’s lovely
isn’t it. I would do it again tho. Thanks for sharing x

loved this one… really rough for a beginning stepper but easy to follow

why do I always “hear: food cues in your videos!?! First it was the
Cap’n’Crunch for tuck/crunch and today, I hear Popovers! when you are
giving instruction on the hop-overs,!!!! ? Fun and tough workout
though….still loving it!

wow, that was brutal & I consider myself to be in fairly decent shape!
phenomenal workout, definitely going to add your workouts into my weekly
rotation! my only suggestion might be to add a little more variation to
your choreography, not necessarily more complicated, just a little more
variety to the routine, I work out 6 days a wk so find I need variation to
keep from getting bored, not to mention it also helps make the workouts fly
by a lil quicker! =)

I’m a die hard step fan! I enjoy step because time goes by really fast
when I do it and it’s fun. This was challenging but easy to follow, not too
“dance-y. I burned 720 calories according to my HRM w/chest strap.

I have been teaching classes like yours for a long while….i love love
love them and so do the members!! I have always believed in powerful,
simple moves rather than dancy choreography that people cannot do therefor,
not getting a workout! I have been teaching for 35years and loving
it…..keep up the great work…i will use some of your “moves” for sure
and do these workouts whenever u can!!!
