I’m having either muscle strain from overworking since my muscles are so
tense, or else i might have tmj or a pinched nerve in my neck but when i
stretched using your techniques, i really could feel my neck starting to
relax. Its sore now of course but i am hopeful that this has helped my
pain! I’ll continue to report if i see improvements. Thank you so much for
all of your help.
My back REALLYYYYYY needed this. I like many others, fractured my L1 in a
car accident. I use the treadmill every night, but that does nothing for my
upper back. The last two stretches felt really great, I almost wanted to do
more stretching. It’s like parts of my muscles were so stiff and they
awakened a bit! I can’t wait to see how much my pain goes down in a week,
thank you!
Great video, my back feels much better and i’m watching a sexy lady while
i’m doing it. Double plus+ .
This video continues to help men really. Easy to do, short but v powerful
in body and mind. Thankyou
I’m a very beginner, beginner. My muscles are so stiff I couldn’t dream of
sitting on the floor cross legged. Need good beginner exercises for lower
back pain preferably from either standing or sitting in a chair position.
IM loving this, i noticed that GYM has given to me a nice looking body but
hard as a rock, my back hurts a lot and is hard to me to stretch with this
video. but feels amazing.
what if i don`t have a back pain but my back is just not right and i may
suffer in the future
Great teacher. Thanks for sharing and posting specific videos for those
who are in physical pain to help them find potential solutions and relief
for the pain. Thank you.
My back was hurting a lot for weeks, and I just happened to come across
this video today. The stretches were very effective and and helpful. Seeing
as I have to attend a Zumba event next month, this video exercise is what I
needed. I will definitely do this at least twice a day. If you have any
other suggestions other than seeing a chiropractor (which I will do so this
week), I am open to them. Otherwise, thank you so much for uploading this
video. You ma’am have earned yourself a new subscriber. Have a wonderful
rest of your week.
Uhg so tense I’ve only been able to do 8 minutes but helped loosen me up a
bit.
Thanks for the great video :)
I started watching this video a week ago in so much back pain… i was
folded in half….i feel so much better.. ive been watching the video
morning befor work and when i get back from work…all i can say is Thank
you very much…i feel so good and sitting in front of a computer all day
is not a big deal now…i am amazed by the results….
3 days of this video, twice a day, has so far been more effective for my
back pain than any painkillers. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My
physical therapists discharged me early from PT back into my doctor’s care
because my progress plateaued and I couldn’t keep up with their stretches
and exercises because the pain was so excruciating. I’m recovering from an
auto accident that occurred in August of this last year which left me with
4 spinal fractures (T10-L2), a broken sternum, and a perforated lung. This
is the first time in 5 months that I have experienced any real, lasting
relief, and I am so excited and encouraged to begin my yoga journey (again)
since my body needs a reset back to the baby step basics.
What do you know about yoga and glute pain (sit bones specifically)? I like
to do yoga when not lifting weights, but recently yoga has just made the
glute pain worse. I originally had two herniated discs. That’s better, but
the glute pain, which was there during the back issues, never went away.
It’s not sciatica. I have been told I have calcium on my adductor magnus,
but it’s my glute and not by groin that hurts. I cannot get rid of this and
it’s actually on bone sides now.
Them exercises are so so nice very soothing and good at releasing tension
and stiffness especially for us men as we naturally tend to have very
strong and stiff hip and back muscle. Thanks very much.
I love it! Thanks Jen
I have been struggling with a l1 l2 disc issue for years. Trying to be
proactive I bought a new bed in mid December. Wrong bed. Many chiropractor
visits later, I decided with a firm bed instead. I got 3 good nights sleep
on it and then went back to the chiropractor and my back got out whack
again. I have been dealing a sore back since. I knew there was stretches
out there from my P90X days that would help and I couldn’t remember them.
Thank you Jen, you solved that problem and added a few stretches that “hit
the spot” in addition. I stretched once this morning and again this
afternoon. I literally felt the releases in my spine 3-4 times after the
stretches. YEAH! I “FEEL” so much better!
I am only 18 and have had extreme muscle tightness in my lower back and my
diaphragm and I have not been able to run for my track team and with this
video I am able to run again I do it once a day and I feel amazing thank
you!!
Thank you. I will practice these yoga poses daily to help strengthen my
back as I have been suffering to a deeper arch after my pregnancy and it
hurts so much daily. So everyday when I wake up I will dedicate half hour
to do these yoga poses and before going to bed. Thank you so much.
Thank you Jen – I have been in a lot of pain with my lower back, even in
hospital for it. I just found your video and did the exercise. Wow! It
has made a huge difference already just on the first go. I will keep on
doing the exercises twice a day – it has really helped loosen the muscles
and tension in my back. Yay!!
Great workout. I have chronic back pain because I have had multiple car
accidents, and one ATV accident that have messed me up really bad. I have
tried chiropractic, massage therapy, and even physical therapy. Physical
therapy has helped more than all the others I have tried, but yoga
definitely helps alleviate my pains. Thanks!
ah man
This is actually GREAT.
I’m always in training and hard physical work which was keeping my muscles
tensioned at all times.
I started having crazy legs, hips and back pain and I’m only 22years old!!!
This is so relaxing for my mucle, mind and breathing
She’s so calm and the music helps for real.
Thanks Ms Hilman
I injured my back in 2008 and had lumbar surgery with a spinal fusion in
2011. I have had nothing but trouble since but heard that yoga could
really help with some of my pain issues. Finding your video earlier this
week has made huge changes in me. I do slightly modified versions of the
twisting stretches because my spine can not handle them fully but this is
the best I have felt in a long time! Thank you!!
I’m so glad to have run across these videos. I’ve suffered from sciatica
(on and off) herniated disc and DDD. I’ve incorporated these stretches into
my daily routine (minus a couple of stretches because they’re a little to
much, at this time), but over all, they’ve been a huge help. I really enjoy
how gentle and effective the various routines are. Thank you so much for
posting these!
Omg that felt so good! Your voice is so soothing too…this video made me
sleepy I’m going to start doing this before bedtime
love it you are amazing, really helping my back pain i was in a car
accident a year ago and nothing has really worked except your yoga lessons
thank you
