Many people like running but don’t do, since running will make feet thick. Are gross legs the wrong of running?

The time of running at least need 30 minutes and at most one to two hours, the speed can not be high, and we must control the heart in ranges, but it can’t also be too slow to have no any effect.
Running for 30 minutes or more may help use up sugar and fat, because slow running of long is quite mild, it could not let us breathe difficultly, so it is helpful to decrease our fat. We should know that fatter crowds that are planning to lose weight may worry their joint, It will hurt the joint of knee and ankle, so these people should not do single slow running for long time.
