This plan has 3 parts: exercise, diet and diet supplement. In order to lose weight you need to use more than one methods. It is so hard if you want to lose weight just by using one method. Losing weight by doing a lot of exercise but still eat a lot of carb will not work.

Exercise will burn your fat because when you are doing exercise you need energy. Cardio exercise is the best exercise to lose weight. Cardio means activity or exercise that speeds up the pumping of heart. Cardio or cardiovascular exercise can increase your general health and stamina. Most sports are cardio activity. There are a lot of exercises to choose from: soccer, swimming, basketball, bicycling, walking, running, dancing (Zumba) and even mowing your yard. The more you move the more fat you will burn.
Tips on doing exercise
• Choose the exercise or sport that you like. Doing it with your friends will make it more fun.
• When playing team sport like soccer or basketball, if you run a lot you will burn more fat.
• Implement interval cardio in your exercise. Interval exercise combines low intensity movement with high intensity movement. For example you can start warming up with 1 minutes walking. Then you can increase the your running speed for 1 minute and do another 1 minute of low speed running. Do this combination of low and high intensity for 10 times. When you want to quit, do 1 minute of small walking.

There are also many diets out there, but to lose weight you just need low carb diet. Low carb diet means you are reducing your daily calorie intake by replacing high calorie food with low calorie food. If you usually eat 2,400 calories per day, you can reduce it to 2,000 calories per day or a deficit of 400 calories per day. In 10 days you can lose a pound, since to lose a pound you need to burn 3,500 calories. The most important food you must avoid is anything that is related to sugar like sweet potatoes, donuts, sweet soft drink etc.
Diet supplement
The diet supplement will help you lose weight faster. You can drink green tea or Oolong tea daily. They are both scientifically proven to lose weight. Oolong tea is better than green tea if you want to lose weight. Preparing tea takes a lot of time, if you don’t have too much time you can buy green tea or oolong tea pills. Another popular pill to lose weight is Alli. It works by blocking the absorption of fat. Alli is a FDA approved diet pill. It can lose 50% more weight than if you only do diet or exercise.
