Therefore, it is the best for you to drink water and calorie-free beverages, and you could drop a pound or more within a week.
4. Do not take desserts as your dinner.
You can enjoy a Rocky Road ice-cream dinner “now and then”, but it is not your steady routine. Don’t deny your favorite foods. Treat yourself with a meal made of your favorite foods, thus you’ll be less tempted to over-indulge in your feast.
