Ive been doing this workout for about 3 months now and ive seen the best

This has become my favorite core exercise. It works.
Since I don’t have a spare barbell to use in “Landmine” fashion (I have one
up on squat bars on the rear of a bench and one on the front side of same),
I got the idea to try fundamentally the same thing holding a single
dumbbell in both hands (goblet style) and swinging that back and forth
while keeping my core still. It worked great with a 20 pound bell and
nearly as well with a 15.
I now realized how rip this guy really is

There is a question I haven’t been able to find an answer to: How to I
target the serratus area?? I know the function of the serratus is to rotate
the scapula outwards (maybe there’s another function but I dont know it).
Is there a couple of exercises I can do to really zero in on that area? I’m
talking I wanna pack some serious muscle in my serratus. Heavy weights, or
reps? Thank you.
Do you have cheat days or a favorite cheat food? You stay ripped year long
and I think that would make a good video.

Do you feel that motion is safe for people with spinal issues? I have had
two spinal fusions and just ruptured the next disc up. I am in ok shape but
really need to solidify my core to prevent future injuries.

Jeff, can you explain why you say not to do flyes/cable crossovers, but
have us doing backwards x hi/low crossovers, and you did something similar
to a flye in an old chest video you did with a band? It is just a little
confusing.
