So twelve hours for digestion. Do you mean from eating till bathroom visit
or for it to leave your gut and enter your colon??
What about cooked food then?
I love your eyes!:)
Just eating fruit is also just another extreme…cant put your beauty and
fugure down to just eating fruit, theres ezcersize and genetics that need
to be taken into consideration. Remember great apes in the wild do
occasionally hunt smaller monkeys for meat. Meat is good in moderation.
MEAT!!

wow you are AMAZING <3 so beautiful!
I love soy sauce on my rice but I know that all the salt isn’t very
healthy. Any recommendations for substitutes? Also, is your family/the
people you love with raw vegan?
I just found your channel from durianrider’s recommended channels video.
You are awesome and so beautiful. I look forward to seeing more vids! I
also just started a channel
your eyes are so big! love them
Sexy body. Good job. I share your sentiments about raw. It makes you feel
amazing. We basically think alike, I like that :).
I need to move to California haha seems ideal for fruitarians You look
great by the way!
Found you from Durianrider’s shout out! Subbed :)
I knew you were beautiful from your photos on IG, but really? You shine!!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on raw/cooked high carb vegan!
great upload Alley keep it up
I just found your video recommended on the side of my video I just posted
about my experience with weight loss and weight gain on a high carb vegan
diet, and I am glad I found your channel! You are super nice, and I look
forward to more videos! :)
Wow i just came across your videos and am absolutely loving them! Just
subscribed!!
If you reply that would be amazing! Okay so I am a senior in hs and have
gone through those popular “high protein low carb” diet and binging
disorders but i was never overweight to begin with, actually underweight
(but my mind controlled me). Now I’ve been eating normal again and after
learning about and doing so much research on the 80/10/10 diet and knowing
so much about how it benefits seemingly everything, why not try it! if you
don’t mind just want to know how you can afford it?
PLEASE help me on this problem though…My main problem is knowing about
this diet/lifestyle and not being able to do it and introduce it to my
parents (we’re asian and they’re eating habits/mindset will be impossible
to even listen to; like a vegetarian diet (not even vegan yet) is hard for
them to even listen or bother with; esp. in America today… sorry if this
is all confusing but i would really appreciate if you can give me some
advice on HOW TO DEAL with this or approach my situation
P.S. i feel guilty for being able to know about this lifesaving and all
around magical lifestyle and not being able to help my parents… but then
again I am not even able to afford this lifestyle
what could I do NOW in the meantime?
& i didn’t mean to bring negativity to your channel. ;(
Interesting. :)
very helpful video! thank you! and i second the guy below me about your
eyes!
Your skin looks so great. I am a high slow carb cooked food vegan. I don’t
do raw because I’m not to into fruit. My only raw foods are avocado, baby
lettuce and tomatoes.
I luv yiu
Your so pretty! Glad I found your channel, I’ve been wanting to make videos
about this lifestyle as well to help spread the message of a hclf vegan and
common misconceptions. I just feel like I don’t have time to construct the
videos how I would like. (I like being detailed lol) maybe one day ! Anyway
thanks for sharing your experiences with us !
anime eyes)
My only question is, did you have a good amount of weight on you before
this lifestyle? Like at least, 10-20 lbs more than you are now.
Came here from durianrider. Was curious to know where you bought that big
bag of rice and also what kind it is (basmati, brown etc)? Great video btw,
thanks.
Love to see the volume you eat in a day:)
